Role Description The Site Manager role at Casagrand FittedHomes is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.

The Site

Manager will oversee daily site operations for interior projects, including coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing schedules and resources, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The role also involves conducting site inspections, tracking materials, maintaining documentation, and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and project milestones.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in site management, project supervision, or construction/interior fit-out coordination, preferably in residential or interior design projects.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and resource management, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and stakeholders on-site.
- Knowledge of construction and interior finishing processes, quality control, and safety regulations relevant to on-site operations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and coordinate execution accordingly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric outcomes.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for reporting, documentation, and project tracking; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Chennai and adapt to dynamic project requirements and timelines.
