Job Title: Site Executive – Interior Design

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Executive to manage and coordinate interior design projects from execution to completion. The candidate will act as a key link between clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and coordinate with clients throughout the project execution process.
- Assist clients with queries, updates, and site-related requirements.
- Learn and understand interior design concepts, drawings, materials, and finishes.
- Coordinate between the design, project managers, site teams, and clients.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per the project timeline.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely execution and delivery.
- Follow up on materials, production, installations, and pending site activities.
- Monitor the quality of work and report site updates to the concerned team.




- Identify and communicate site challenges and assist in finding timely solutions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders until project completion.

- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Good coordination and vendor management abilities.
- Interest in learning interior design, materials, and execution processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Freshers with a strong interest in interior project execution may also apply.

Pay: ₹4,999.00 per month
