We are looking for an experienced Site Head / Team Lead with solid experience in handling Mandate Projects across Western Mumbai / Thane locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end site operations and achieve project P&L; and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage teams of Sourcing Managers and Closing Managers.
- Drive lead generation, sourcing, site visits, conversions, and closures.
- Handle day-to-day site management and sales operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.

Experience: Proven experience in Mandate/Real Estate Projects, team handling, P&L; management, and client management, preferably in Western Mumbai or Thane. HR Contact - Kajol Joshi -(phone hidden)
