Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to support the execution and coordination of our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of construction practices, be comfortable working at site, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, vendors, contractors, and other project teams.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience who are looking to build their career in construction and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare, review, and manage BOQs and project estimates.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, delivery, and supply.
- Monitor the quality and progress of construction work at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Assist in resolving site-related technical and execution issues.
- Maintain basic site records, measurements, and project documentation.
- Support the project team in ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

Requirements




- 0–3 years of experience in site execution, construction, or a related field.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand technical and construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and project stakeholders.
- AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work at the construction site and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Freshers with a strong understanding of construction fundamentals are welcome to apply.
