Role Description The Site Engineer at TeamHome is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per design, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

The Site

Engineer coordinates with architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, and workers, monitors project progress, and reports site status to the project management team.

Responsibilities include checking structural work, supervising civil engineering tasks, verifying materials and workmanship, and resolving technical issues on site. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, supporting inspections, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.





Qualifications

- Robust on-site supervision skills with experience managing daily construction activities and site operations.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with architects, sub-contractors,/vendors workers, and clients.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, including material verification, workmanship checks, and adherence to safety standards.
- Background in Civil engineering, with understanding of drawings, structures, and construction best practices.
- Degree or diploma in civil engineering, with practical experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, BOQs, and construction schedules.
- Familiarity with basic project management principles and site documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently on site, handle multiple tasks, and solve technical and operational issues promptly.
