We are actively scaling our "Dual-Ecosystem" model—bridging power generation (Solar EPC) and high-velocity dispensation (EV Fast-Charging networks) across Eastern India. To execute this mandate, we require an uncompromising engineering mind.

THE ROLE

This is not a traditional desk position. We are seeking a frontline execution leader.

As a Site Engineer at ZeroPlug, you will command the physical deployment of our institutional-grade infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between architectural blueprints and on-ground reality, ensuring that every solar microgrid and DC fast-charging hub is built to Fortune 500 standards.

You will operate under our core philosophy of Extreme Ownership. You own the site, you own the safety, and you own the outcome.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Infrastructure Deployment

: Command the on-site civil and electrical execution of utility-scale Solar EPC projects and high-voltage DC Fast Charging corridors (30kW to 360kW).

• Cyclone-Native Engineering

: Supervise the installation of Hot-Dip Galvanized Iron (HDGI) mounting systems mathematically engineered to withstand 180-200 km/h cyclonic winds, alongside zero-penetration concrete ballasting.

• Electrical Commissioning

:



Oversee the integration of ALMM-approved TOPCon N-Type Bifacial modules and dual-gun CCS2 DC power electronics. Ensure flawless grid synchronization and protection coordination.

• Regulatory Compliance

: Guarantee that all installations meet strict Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG), CEA, and State DISCOM safety mandates.

• Resource Command

: Direct on-site labor, subcontractors, and heavy material logistics to deliver projects strictly within aggressive timelines and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic Foundation

: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Proven Execution

: 2 to 4 years of rigorous, on-ground deployment experience in Solar EPC, Heavy Electrical Infrastructure, or EV Charging networks.

• Technical Mastery

: Deep technical fluency in LT/HT panels, AC/DC cabling, load balancing, structural civil foundations, and grid connectivity.
