Piping / Fire Fighting | 1–3 Years Relevant Experience | Project Sites in Bihar

Samay Project Services Limited (SPSL) is looking for hands-on Mechanical Engineers with practical site experience in piping and/or fire-fighting works to join our project execution teams in Bihar.

This is a field-oriented site execution role requiring the ability to independently manage assigned activities, coordinate subcontractors and workmen, and ensure timely completion of works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise piping and/or fire-fighting works at project sites.
- Read, understand and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, isometrics and relevant project documents .
- Coordinate with and guide subcontractors and site workmen to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQ and project requirements .
- Coordinate with vendors and track the supply and availability of materials from various locations.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities and progress against project schedules.
- Independently manage assigned site activities and address routine execution and coordination issues.
- Maintain proper records relating to site progress, materials and work completion.




- Carry out monthly measurements, certification of completed works and preparation/raising of invoices , as applicable.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in piping, fire-fighting or mechanical site execution.
- Practical experience in piping and/or fire-fighting works is essential.
- Ability to read, understand and work from engineering drawings , layouts and isometrics.
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with subcontractors, workmen, vendors and project teams .
- Willingness and ability to work at project sites in Bihar .
- Solid sense of ownership, responsibility and ability to manage assigned activities with minimum supervision .
