We are seeking a skilled and driven Mid-Level Site Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to oversee daily technical and operational execution on our commercial building projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design blueprints and on-site construction, ensuring our high-rise, retail, or corporate office projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to precise structural standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mid-Level Site Engineer, you will manage day-to-day technical operations, subcontractor workflows, and strict quality control in office:

- Technical Execution: Map out footprints, establish levels, and perform accurate site setting-out based on approved structural plans and architectural layouts.
- Drawing Review: Interpret and analyze complex commercial blueprints, engineering specifications, and structural details,



resolving any technical discrepancies before construction begins.
- Subcontractor Supervision: Direct daily workflows for subcontractors and labor crews, ensuring all work aligns with project timelines and quality metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of reinforcement steel, concrete pours, formwork, and architectural finishes to ensure total compliance with building codes.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed daily site diaries, material delivery logs, and weekly progress updates for the Project Manager.
- Safety Enforcement: Actively enforce company health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all field personnel.
