We are looking for a Civil Engineer with around 3 years of experience to join our team in Kurnool. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and other project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Check quantities, measurements, materials, and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures at the project site.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and management for project requirements and updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant civil/construction experience.
- Positive knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and site-management skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in and around Kurnool.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
