Role & responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day site execution and site discipline independently

- Set out levels, grid lines and column marking as per approved drawings

- Check shuttering, reinforcement and concrete before every pour

- Plan daily and weekly work manpower, material and machinery

- Monitor progress against schedule and send daily progress reports

- Raise material indents in advance and control wastage at site

- Fix daily targets for contractor gangs and verify their work quantities

- Take joint measurements and support the QS team for RA bills

- Coordinate civil, plumbing and electrical agencies at site

- Ensure quality checks, safety (PPE, scaffolding, height work) and site documentation
