We're Hiring | Site Engineer – Corporate Interior Fit-Out

? Location: Gurgaon

? Experience: 2–5 Years

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Background

- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
- Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects is preferred
- Hands-on experience in site execution and coordination
- Exposure to commercial / large-format interior projects will be an advantage

Technical Expertise

- Good knowledge of carpentry, drywall, POP, painting and other interior works
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings
- Understanding of work sequences, site measurements and execution
- Knowledge of MS Project / ERP will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of quality, safety and project timelines

Key Responsibilities





- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and other project teams
- Monitor manpower, materials, work progress and quality
- Ensure proper work sequencing and timely completion of activities
- Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with the project team
- Maintain site documentation and progress updates
