Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Muzaffarnagar.

The Site

Engineer will oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of boilers and related equipment, ensuring work is executed according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with project managers and contractors, monitoring project schedules, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction and commissioning. The role also involves conducting inspections and tests, preparing progress reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality assurance and safety compliance at the site.

Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of mechanical or industrial engineering principles related to boilers, piping, and energy systems; ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment, preferably in boiler or power plant projects.
- Proficiency in basic engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), and familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
- Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors and site staff.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage project timelines, documentation, and reporting under demanding site conditions.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; relevant site or project experience in industrial or energy sectors is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Muzaffarnagar, with flexibility for extended hours as required by project needs and adherence to health, safety, and environmental practices.
