Rightcon Constructions Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and motivated Site Engineer – Civil to join our team in Mysore. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities at the site and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other project team members.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and maintain proper site records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Follow and maintain site safety standards.
- Prepare and submit basic site reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experi




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to work.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and learn on the job.
- Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience may apply.
