Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site.

- Execute RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.

- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and elevations before and during execution.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, surveyors, and other site teams.

- Prepare daily work plans and ensure achievement of planned targets.

- Monitor manpower, material, machinery, and resource requirements.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

- Conduct inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved method statements and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and quality documentation.





- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Maintain daily progress reports, work records, measurement records, and site documentation.

- Assist the Billing/QS team in joint measurements and preparation of quantity records.

- Verify subcontractor work quantities before certification.

- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays or constraints.

- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and protected working practices.

- Coordinate with MEP and other agencies to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.

- Attend site meetings and provide updates regarding progress, manpower, materials, and technical issues.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organized work area.
