Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and project teams.

- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Inspect the quality of civil works, materials, and workmanship.

- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.

- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment deployed at the site.

- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site.

- Review drawings and coordinate with the design team for clarifications.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.

- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of construction materials.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure proper utilization of resources.





- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications, and safety procedures.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure rectification of defects.

- Report project progress, delays, quality issues, and site requirements to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

- Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements, and billing.

- Strong contractor and manpower management skills.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
