Job Summary: The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any site-related issues.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, materials,



and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any construction challenges or delays promptly, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
