ICON Projects Inspace Pvt. Ltd. (IPIPL) is an Interior Architecture & Design firm working on high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across India and Dubai.

We are expanding our Kolkata team and looking for an experienced Site Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day site coordination and ensure design intent is maintained on site.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the design team, contractors, vendors and consultants to coordinate site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior design details and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and progress
- Study and interpret drawings, details and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants
- Monitor workmanship, materials and quality of work




- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the design team
- Ensure design intent and detailing are maintained on site

Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Robust knowledge of interior execution and site coordination
- Good understanding of drawings, materials and detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
- Must be based in Kolkata
