Company Description InfraPlan Hydraulic Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility specializing in physical hydraulic model studies for dams, barrages, weirs, spillways, stilling basins, and river training works. Located in Pune, India.

The team develops high-precision scale models to analyze flow behavior, energy dissipation, and hydraulic performance for hydraulic structures. The laboratory provides a technically rich environment for engineering professionals interested in applied hydraulics and infrastructure development.

Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and coordinate civil engineering activities at hydraulic model test sites and associated infrastructure in Mawal. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supervising construction and installation works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Daily tasks include reviewing and interpreting drawings, planning and monitoring site activities, inspecting civil works, and reporting progress to project leaders. The role involves collaborating with hydraulic engineers, contractors, and technicians, managing materials and resources,



and assisting in resolving technical issues during model construction and testing. The Site Civil Engineer will also support documentation, basic surveying, and adherence to project schedules and regulatory norms.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant codes and standards.
- Experience in Planning of site activities, resource allocation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience working as or with Civil Engineers on infrastructure projects, preferably related to water resources or hydraulics.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic engineering and surveying tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Chandkhed, Mawal, Pune, manage field conditions, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
