· Job Title: Site-cum-Billing Engineer (Civil)

Core Responsibilities G Capabilities

1. Railway Billing, Ǫuantity Analysis G Documentation

· Prepare, record, and close Measurement Books (MB) strictly complying with Indian Railways billing formats, GCC standards, and item schedules.

· Perform detailed quantity estimation, BBS (Bar Bending Schedules), and structural take-offs from GFC/approved drawings.

· Prepare Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS), reconciliation statements, and variance reports.

· Maintain complete project logs, DPRs, and billing sheets using Advanced MS Excel.

1. Site Execution, Surveying G Ǫuality

· Independently operate and handle Auto Level instruments to set, transfer, and verify benchmark levels, reduced levels (RLs), and slope gradients. · Coordinate on-site execution to ensure work conforms to technical specifications and railway standards.

· Maintain alignment with project schedules, tracking daily milestones against targeted completion dates.





1. Site G Resource Management (All-Rounder Role)

· Labour Management: Supervise, deploy, and monitor daily labour/gang strength to maintain uninterrupted site progress. · Material G Inventory Control: Maintain real-time stock registers (cement, steel, aggregate, etc.), track daily consumption against theoretical requirements, and prevent site wastage.

· Procurement Forecasting: Proactively identify material re-order levels and place site indents well in advance to prevent stockouts and site standstills.

Key Candidate Profile

· Proven experience working on Indian Railways, RVNL, IRCON, or major infrastructure projects.

· Solid dual capability: field-level site execution paired with rigorous office billing/MB documentation.

· Hands-on command of Auto Level surveying and MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, quantity sheets).

· Strong leadership and coordination skills to handle subcontractors, labour teams, and site logistics independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
