Job Summary

SRJ Piping India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant site experience , preferably in construction and structural works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil and structural activities at SRJ project sites and ensuring that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and structural works at project sites.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate RCC, foundations, flooring, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works .
- Supervise structural steel erection, fabrication, supports and related civil works .
- Read and understand civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with structural fabricators, subcontractors, site supervisors and other MEP teams.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship and ensure proper execution.
- Prepare and maintain site measurements, quantity records and daily progress reports .
- Monitor manpower, material requirements and daily productivity.




- Coordinate material procurement and ensure materials are available as per project requirements.
- Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies and execution constraints and report them to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors during inspections and execution.
- Ensure proper testing, inspection and completion of civil/structural works.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and coordinate with the Safety Officer.
- Assist in preparing measurements, RA bills, BOQs and quantity estimates where required.

Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience .
- Strong experience in construction and structural works .
- Experience in industrial/commercial projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil and structural drawings, measurements and BOQs.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, commercial buildings, structural steel works or MEP-related construction projects will be preferred.
