Role Overview

- Join the expanding operations team as a Site Audit Executive in Hyderabad.
- Act as a key link between the Sales and Installation teams.
- Conduct accurate on-site assessments and measurements for Wallpaper and Wooden Flooring installations.
- Ensure site measurements and readiness assessments are completed accurately to minimize errors, delays, and material wastage.
- Work in a field-based, fast-paced environment where attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Site Audits & Measurements:

- Visit customer sites across Hyderabad to conduct detailed site audits.
- Take accurate measurements for wallpaper and wooden flooring installations.
- Assess site readiness before installation.
- Use traditional measuring tapes and digital laser measuring equipment.
- Verify dimensions carefully to prevent incorrect material ordering.
- Identify site-specific requirements and potential installation challenges.

Site Issue Identification

- Identify potential site issues before installation, including:

- Wall dampness

- Uneven flooring




- Other structural or surface-related concerns
- Highlight potential risks that could cause installation delays or material wastage.
- Communicate site issues clearly to the relevant internal teams.
- Recommend necessary corrective actions where applicable.

Sales & Installation Coordination

- Act as the coordination link between the Sales and Installation teams.
- Ensure accurate and complete project handovers.
- Share site measurements and readiness information with installation teams.
- Coordinate assessments in a timely manner to reduce project lead times.
- Help eliminate installation bottlenecks and avoid unnecessary delays.

Customer Interaction

- Represent Material Depot professionally at customer sites.
- Communicate site conditions and requirements clearly to homeowners.
- Maintain a punctual, qualified, and customer-friendly approach.
- Ensure customers have a smooth and reassuring experience during site assessments.
- Address basic site-related queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain digital records of site measurements and assessments.
- Capture and upload relevant site photographs.
- Complete site readiness checklists after every visit.




- Ensure all measurement and audit information is recorded accurately and promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation for smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in site auditing, field measurements, or operations.
- Experience in any of the following industries is preferred:

- Interior Design

- Home Décor

- Construction

- Real Estate
- Proven ability to take highly accurate physical measurements.
- Knowledge of traditional measuring tapes and digital laser measuring devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate site conditions to internal teams.
- Strong execution and ownership mindset.
- Punctual and comfortable with frequent field travel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
