Role Description This is a full time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Patna.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including monitoring site work, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and labor teams.

Responsibilities include checking levels and measurements, supervising structural and civil works, supporting planning and scheduling, and maintaining daily progress reports and site documentation.



The role also involves liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients, addressing technical issues on site, and contributing to quality control and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to infrastructure and building projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction sites, supervising execution and quality of civil works.
- Planning skills to manage schedules, resources, and sequencing of site activities.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems for civil projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices in civil construction.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with readiness to work on-site in varying conditions.
