Hiring: Associate Simulator Technician | Gurgaon

We are hiring an Associate Simulator Technician for one of our premium clients.

Position: Associate Simulator Technician

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Key Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of experience working on Flight Simulators, preferably Multi-Jet Full Flight Simulators
- Experience with Defense Aircraft / Fixed-Wing Aircraft and/or C-17 Aircraft Mission Systems
- Relevant B.E./B.Tech/Bachelors Degree with Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma
- Hands-on experience in simulator maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, installation and configuration
- Experience in conducting pre/post-operation inspections and functional tests
- Ability to troubleshoot and isolate faults in simulator systems and components
- Experience supporting engineers with system troubleshooting and maintenance activities
- Robust communication,



problem-solving and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support business requirements across time zones

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of C-17 training devices
- Assist with repairs, upgrades, modifications and testing of training devices
- Conduct functional tests and monitor simulator systems and instrumentation
- Troubleshoot faulty components and support corrective actions
- Maintain hardware spares inventory and training-related records
- Support training center operations, data entry and management reporting

• Participate in process improvement and ensure service delivery as per contract requirements
