Role & responsibilities

- Configure Siebel applications including applets, views, business components, and business objects

- Develop and maintain Siebel configurations to meet business requirements

- Design and implement Siebel Workflows for process automation

- Develop and maintain scripts using eScript for custom logic and validations

- Work with Siebel EAI to design and implement system integrations

- Perform data mapping and integration using EAI components such as Integration Objects, Business Services, and Adapters

- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, scripting, workflow, and integration issues

- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution design

- Optimize performance and ensure best practices in Siebel development

- Support deployments, testing, and production issue resolution
