Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute day-to-day finishing activities at the project site.
- Handle plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, masonry, doors & windows, and other finishing works.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and MEP teams.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements, productivity, and site progress.
- Identify and resolve site issues and ensure timely closure of snag/punch-list items.
- Maintain daily progress reports and required site documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E.
/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in residential/high-rise projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in finishing-stage execution.
- Good knowledge of drawings, quality control, site coordination, and contractor management.
- Strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
