Responsible for handling showroom customers, explaining two-wheeler models, generating sales enquiries, conducting test rides, and achieving monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and attend customers visiting the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheelers.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers and finance options.

- Arrange and coordinate test rides.

- Generate current sales enquiries through showroom walk-ins, calls and leads.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Accounts teams for vehicle delivery.

- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records in DMS.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Ensure proper documentation before vehicle delivery.

- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage referrals.

- Participate in showroom promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.

- Ensure showroom display vehicles are properly maintained and presented.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints when required.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
