Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, and project needs.

- Explain product features, specifications, designs, quality, and pricing.

- Recommend suitable building materials based on customer requirements.

- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.

- Convert showroom enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and generate repeat business.

- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and homeowners.

- Maintain attractive product displays and overall showroom presentation.

- Coordinate with warehouse, billing, delivery, and installation teams.

- Check product availability and assist with order processing.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Maintain customer records, quotations, sales reports, and follow-up details.

- Keep updated on recent products, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
