We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Showroom Executive to run showroom locations The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand—engaging every walk-in customer, understanding their requirements, and helping them make confident product choices. This role requires good communication, strong persuasive skills, and an eye for design, colour, and current trends is a plus.

Customer Engagement:

Welcome and greet walk-in customers warmly.

Understand customer needs and recommend products with confidence

Explain features, benefits, and applications effectively

Sales & Conversion:

Persuasively guide customers through the buying journey

Upsell and cross-sell where relevant

Showroom Management:

Maintain spotless showroom ambience at all times.

Ensure displays are well-organized, attractive,



and updated as per brand guidelines

Manage inventory and coordinate replenishments of collaterals

Design & Aesthetic Understanding:

Assist customers in choosing colour combinations, finishes, and design options.

Stay updated on market trends, interior styles, and product innovations is a plus

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain daily footfall reports and sales logs.

Coordinate with marketing team for promotions or product updates.

Share customer feedback and suggestions

Experience

3-5 Years Experience in retail store / merchandizing

Salary
