Showroom location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore
Position: Showroom Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Coimbatore
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Generate leads from showroom walk-ins and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the relevant teams for order processing.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with installation, service, accounts, and other departments when required.
- Ensure the showroom is properly maintained and products are displayed attractively.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales,
retail sales, or customer-facing sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with experience in solar, electrical, electronics, home appliances, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Working Hours 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
