Role Description The Shopify Executive will manage Luzito’s Shopify store on a full time, remote basis, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and maintaining product listings, collections, and navigation; updating pricing and inventory; and overseeing store design elements such as themes, banners, and content.

The role involves coordinating promotions, discount codes, and campaigns, monitoring site performance, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams on product launches and merchandising.

Executive will also track key e-commerce metrics, troubleshoot store issues,



coordinate with support or developers when necessary, and help optimize the customer journey from discovery to checkout.

Qualifications

- Strong Shopify platform knowledge, including product setup, collections, themes, and basic configuration.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations such as inventory updates, order processing workflows, and pricing management.
- Familiarity with online merchandising, catalog organization, and optimizing product pages for customer engagement and sales.
- Basic grasp of digital marketing concepts (e.g., campaigns, discounts, and traffic sources) and how they connect to store performance.
- Comfort with analytics tools and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and traffic.
- Good written communication skills for store content updates, product descriptions, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or kids’ apparel e-commerce is an advantage; prior Shopify or online store management experience preferred.
