WE’RE HIRING — E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Location: Noida — Work From Office

Salary: ₹30,000/month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

We’re looking for an experienced and highly responsible E-Commerce Operations Executive who can independently manage the complete backend operations of our D2C brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that e-commerce operations are much more than just processing orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that inventory, orders, shipments, returns, NDRs, claims and Shopify operations run smoothly from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Inventory Management

- Maintain and monitor complete inventory
- Track stock movement, inward/outward, returns and damages
- Maintain accurate SKU-level inventory records
- Coordinate with the warehouse/fulfillment team
- Identify stock discrepancies and resolve them

? Order Management & Fulfillment

- Manage daily orders through Shopify
- Ensure all orders are processed and fulfilled on time
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for dispatch
- Monitor pending, delayed and failed orders
- Track the complete order lifecycle until delivery

? Logistics & Shipment Management

- Track all active shipments and delivery statuses
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners
- Handle delayed, lost, damaged and undelivered shipments
- Raise and follow up on logistics-related tickets

? NDR & RTO Management

- Monitor NDR shipments daily
- Take necessary action for successful re-attempts
- Coordinate with customers/courier partners wherever required
- Track and work towards reducing RTO

↩️ Returns & Refunds

- Manage complete return process
- Track return shipments and returned inventory
- Coordinate replacement/refund-related operations
- Ensure returned products are properly reconciled with inventory





? Claims Management

- Raise claims for lost/damaged/short shipments
- Follow up with courier partners until closure
- Maintain proper documentation and claim records
- Ensure eligible claims are recovered on time

?️ Shopify Management

- Create and manage product listings
- Upload product images, descriptions, prices and variants
- Maintain collections and product availability
- Update inventory and product information
- Ensure the website catalogue remains accurate

? Reporting & Operations

- Maintain daily operational trackers
- Monitor orders, inventory, NDR, RTO, returns and claims
- Prepare basic MIS reports
- Identify operational issues and proactively resolve them

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in E-commerce/D2C Operations

• Solid working knowledge of Shopify

• Experience with order fulfillment, inventory and logistics

• Good understanding of NDR, RTO, returns and claims

• Experience working with courier/logistics platforms such as Shiprocket, Delhivery or similar

- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to independently take ownership of day-to-day operations

• Someone who can identify a problem and follow it through until it is completely resolved

We are specifically looking for someone who has real hands-on operational experience .
