Shopify CRO Specialist — Location: Mohali

About the RoleWe are looking for a Shopify CRO Specialist who can improve eCommerce store performance by turning traffic into conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, conversion rate optimization, customer journey analysis, and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Shopify store performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks across product pages, collection pages, cart, and checkout.
- Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to drive data-backed decisions.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, CTAs, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar CRO tools.
- Work with design, development, SEO, and marketing teams to implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor key eCommerce metrics and prepare performance reports.




- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously test and optimize the customer journey across desktop and mobile.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in CRO, Shopify, eCommerce optimization, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of the Shopify platform.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journeys, funnels, and eCommerce analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and Shopify themes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
