Shift Manager – QSR

- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts.

- Open or close the outlet according to operational requirements.

- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate shift priorities.

- Assign duties to crew members and monitor their performance.

- Monitor speed of service and ensure efficient operations during busy periods.

- Coach and guide crew members in real time to improve performance.

- Enforce hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

- Check food holding temperatures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

- Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate register balancing.

- Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies.





- Coordinate with the team to maintain service quality and operational standards.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Shift Manager in a QSR company.

- Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Hospitality Diploma / Degree.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.

- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of POS system operation.

- Ability to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and outlet operations.
