Brief Role
- Manage day-to-day dairy production activities during the shift.
- Monitor production processes, equipment and key parameters.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Utilities teams.
- Monitor manpower and allocate work as per shift requirements.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech / Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology.
- Good knowledge of production processes and plant operations.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Work experince in SCADA operations is an added advantage
