- Production Planning & Control – Plan shift activities and achieve daily production targets.
- Manpower Management – Allocate operators/workers effectively and manage shift attendance.
- Machine & Process Knowledge – Understand production machines, processes, and operating parameters.
- Quality Control – Ensure products meet quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.
- Safety Management – Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use proper PPE.
- Problem Solving – Quickly identify and resolve production, machine, and process problems.
- Team Leadership – Motivate, guide, and coordinate operators and technicians.
- Communication Skills – Clearly communicate instructions and shift requirements.
- 5S & Housekeeping – Maintain workplace organisation, cleanliness, and discipline.




- Downtime Management – Monitor machine breakdowns and minimise production losses.
- Production Reporting – Maintain shift production, rejection, downtime, and manpower reports.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Time Management – Prioritise activities to meet production schedules.
- Basic Computer Skills – Excel, ERP, production reporting, and data entry.
- KRA Monitoring – Track OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and target achievement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
