We are seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to handle the operation and maintenance of critical facility systems, including DG sets, transformers, HVAC systems, STP, and chillers. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise and leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain DG sets, transformers, HVAC (air/water chillers), STP, and WTP.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead a team of technicians and manage shift activities.
- Prepare and monitor PPM schedules and generate maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including LOTO, fire safety, and emergency response.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems, DGs, STP, and electrical systems.
- Diploma or Btech only
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
