Role & responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Marinate meats, stack the vertical rotisserie spit, chop fresh vegetables, and prepare signature sauces or dressings.

- Cooking & Slicing: Operate the grill or rotisserie, monitor meat temperatures, and skillfully shave thin slices of cooked beef, chicken, or lamb.

- Order Assembly: Quickly build wraps, rolls, or plates to order with proper portions and neat presentation.

- Hygiene & Safety: Follow food safety codes, wear proper protective gear, keep the counter sanitized, and maintain clean cutting boards and utensils.

- Customer Service: Greet patrons, take orders accurately, and maintain a friendly attitude in rapid-paced environments.
