Position Overview :

8-10 years of experience in SharePoint, with strong expertise in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365

Proven experience in implementing Document Management Systems (DMS)

Strong experience required on :

SharePoint architecture, information architecture, and governance

SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Power Automate, Power Apps

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and security models

Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, APIs) and integrations

Exposure to AI/Cognitive Services integration (preferred)

Solid understanding of performance optimization and large-scale SharePoint implementations

Leadership and team mentoring

Stakeholder communication and governance

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure)

Experience in regulated industries (Insurance, Banking, etc.)

Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API-driven architectures
