We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT/SOMT) and telecom transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.

✅ Design and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering:

Lead → Prospect → Quote → Order Capture → Order Management → Fulfillment → Service Activation → Billing

✅ Define scalable solution architectures across:

- Lead & Opportunity Management
- Quote Management
- Product & Service Catalog
- Order Capture & Order Entry
- Order Decomposition
- Order Fulfillment
- Service Activation
- Inventory & Resource Management
- Billing Integration

✅ Design integrations between ServiceNow and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms. ✅ Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development and implementation teams.

✅ Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives.

✅ Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.
