Position: ServiceNow Developer / Consultant Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 710 years of IT experience and robust expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, administration, and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and Service Portal modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Virtual Agent solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Perform platform administration, upgrades, patching,



and instance management activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile development practices, code reviews, and release management activities.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Change Management.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow development.
- Experience in REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery.
- Experience with Service Portal customization.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security and access control mechanisms.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
