Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, HR, Requests, Service Catalog, and related modules.

Experience testing workflows, approvals, notifications, integrations, portals, and role-based access. Solid experience with Playwright for UI test automation.

Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

Experience creating maintainable automation frameworks and reusable test components.

Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.

Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with CI/CD tools and source-control systems such as Git.

Practical experience using AI-assisted tools, preferably Windsurf Or

Devin,



in software development or testing activities.

Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-HR. Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Experience testing ServiceNow integrations with REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, or external business applications.

Knowledge of performance, security, accessibility, or mobile testing.

Experience working with cloud-based test execution platforms.

Familiarity with test reporting tools and quality metrics.
