Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM implementations.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow platform architectures.
- Provide technology leadership and architectural governance across ServiceNow programs.
- Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create architecture diagrams, integration designs, and solution blueprints.

ITOM Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM capabilities including:

- Discovery

- Service Mapping

- Event Management

- Cloud Discovery

- Operational Intelligence (AIOps)

- Health Log Analytics

- Agent Client Collector (ACC)

- CMDB Management
- Establish CMDB governance and data quality frameworks.
- Design service mapping models and business service hierarchies.
- Drive infrastructure and cloud visibility initiatives.

ITAM Responsibilities
- Architect and implement:

- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)

- SaaS License Management

- Cloud Cost Management
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) (preferred)
- Design asset lifecycle management processes.
- Implement software license optimization strategies.




- Drive compliance and audit readiness initiatives.
- Integrate procurement, finance, and inventory management systems.

Integration & Automation
- Design integrations with:

- Azure

- AWS

- GCP

- SCCM/MECM

- Intune

- Tanium

- LDAP/Active Directory

- Monitoring tools
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Utilize Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and APIs.
- Recommend automation opportunities across IT operations and asset management processes.

Leadership & Governance
- Mentor developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Conduct architecture reviews and code quality assessments.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
- Partner with executive stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Hands-on implementation experience across multiple ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM projects.
- Robust understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
- Experience in enterprise-scale CMDB implementations.
