We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow PPM/SPM Trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training for business users, administrators, and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver instructor-led and hands-on ServiceNow PPM/SPM training.
- Train users on:
- Project & Program Management
- Portfolio & Demand Management
- Resource & Financial Management
- Strategic Planning
- Agile Development
- Time & Cost Management
- Reports & Dashboards
- Create and customize training materials based on client processes and configurations.
- Conduct practical exercises, assessments, and knowledge-gap analysis.
- Provide post-training support and coaching.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow PPM/SPM experience.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of PPM/SPM capabilities and processes.
- Proven experience delivering training to business and technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation,



and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, navigation, and roles.
- Experience creating professional training and learning materials.

Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA and relevant SPM/PPM certifications.
- ServiceNow implementation, configuration, or business-analysis experience.
- Enterprise training experience.
- Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, PMO, and project-management practices.
- Experience in change management, user adoption, e-learning, or video-based training.

Education
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
