Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow ITOM architecture and delivery.
- Robust understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), MID Server configuration, and integration patterns.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping).

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational transformation.
