Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Lead to drive technical direction, solution architecture, team leadership, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) • 7.5+ years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM experience

- Solid understanding of software architecture & design patterns
- Experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and design scalable solutions




- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with performance, quality, and scalability optimization

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME and provide technical leadership

- Lead development and implementation of best practices
- Drive architecture and technical decisions
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth
- Coordinate with multiple teams for seamless integration and delivery
- Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of solutions

Education: 15 years of full-time education required
