About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in HRSD, Custom Applications and ServiceNow Platform Architecture .

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow development initiatives, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, quality assurance and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design, development, unit testing and production deployment.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards.
- Drive quality across security, performance, UX, integrations and overall technical delivery.
- Coordinate and guide development teams, including task assignment, validation and peer reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Business Users and Business Analysts to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Support key quality gates, including solution design, QA and production deployment.
- Ensure solutions are operationally ready and successfully transitioned into support.

Requirements
- 6+ years of IT experience ,



ideally within multinational environments.
- 6+ years of experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations , covering requirements gathering, development, testing and cutover.
- Experience coordinating technical teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Custom Applications .
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Platform Architecture .
- Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills.
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow integrations .
- Experience implementing and configuring NowAssist , including administration and skills/prompts creation.
- Strong experience with Platform Governance, DevOps and Agile delivery .
- Experience establishing development lifecycle processes, release strategies, cutover plans, quality gates, testing, data governance and operational support standards.
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, VeriSM and IT4IT .
- Strong team leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English .
