We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer (Platform Engineer) for one of our premium clients.

Role: ServiceNow Developer Platform Engineer

Location: Remote | India

Base Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Focus: ITSM, Automation & Integrations

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions supporting IT Operations and automation
- Build and enhance ITSM workflows and Service Catalog items
- Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Flow Designer/Workflow
- Implement and support REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server
- Improve CMDB data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Execute prioritized backlog activities in collaboration with IT,



InfoSec and business stakeholders

• Follow ServiceNow platform standards, testing and release practices
