Position Overview :-

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of LMTEQ’s ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), delivering scalable solutions for global clients. You will design, develop, customize, integrate, and enhance ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. The role involves translating business requirements into secure, high-quality platform solutions while following ServiceNow best practices.

You will collaborate with architects, project teams, and stakeholders to drive successful implementations and continuous platform improvement.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Work on at least TWO ServiceNow modules with hands-on implementation/development experience.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.




- Implement UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Script Includes.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Work with Project Managers, Architects, and Pre-sales teams on client solutions, demos, and POCs.
- Contribute to reusable components and accelerators for LMTEQ’s ServiceNow practice.

Required Skills :-

- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in at least TWO ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ITSM modules.
- Experience in one or more additional modules such as HRSD, ITOM, GRC, FSM, ITAM, SecOps, or App Engine.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting, Glide APIs, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in client-facing engagements.

Certifications :-

- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (Must Have).
- CIS certification in ITSM, CSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, SecOps, or other relevant modules is highly preferred.
