ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow platform solutions across core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, and SecOps. The role requires solid hands-on development expertise, platform architecture understanding, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The candidate will support end-to-end delivery, integration, automation, quality engineering, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to engineering best practices and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibility

- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
- Lead end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards




- Partner with product managers and stakeholders on solution design

Qualification

- 4 – 6 years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
- Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs) Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
- Hands-on experience across key modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and platform architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
