- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM with minimum 3 end-to-end implementations .
- Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, MID Server, IRE, and CMDB Health .
- Experience in ITOM integrations with monitoring/infrastructure tools using REST/SOAP APIs .
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills at L3/L4 level .
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting, configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, solution design, and mentor support/development teams.
- Good exposure to ITAM (HAM/SAM) and Cybersecurity/SecOps is preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CIS-Discovery/CIS-Service Mapping/CIS-Event Management are an advantage.
